Thank you for using CarsCrashReport, a mobile application and website designed for individuals to collect the georeferenced location and record the particulars of the drivers and motor vehicles involved in a motor vehicle collision.

CarsCrashReport offers an electronic means of storing the drivers name, license number, owners name, vehicle registration number, insurance, make and model, along with a time stamp and geolocation reference from Google Maps for the location of the motor vehicle collision.

The information collected is solely for the registered application user to share with the respective local authority, agency or company that requires details on motor vehicle collisions.

The app produces a report with the name and insurance details of the driver reporting the collision, the georeferenced location and particulars of the other driver and vehicle in the collision that was collected at the scene. Photographs of the vehicles can be uploaded to the app and included in the report. This report is extremely convenient and can be easily shared.

Once a report is saved, the user has the option to edit and update the report later.

The app is of tremendous value to persons traveling to new communities, towns, cities or countries.

 Privacy Policy

The application collects the email and password of the user for registration purposes which is stored in a database for future login and use. All user information is kept private and confidential from other users. The website does not use cookies.

CarsCrashReport will not share, rent or sell registered user information or motor vehicle collision data with any third party, individual or entity. Unless such information is in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request.

Information on the vehicles and drivers involved in a motor vehicle collision are required by local authorities including the police and insurance companies for reporting purposes.

The application does not verify the accuracy of any information entered by any user, the accuracy of the georeferenced location, nor is it responsible or liable for any information that has been shared by any user of the application.

Users are able to delete their account information at anytime and all history, data and images collected by the application will be deleted from the database.

CarsCrashReport may update its privacy policy and application features and these will be communicated by email to the users.

 Ad Policy

This app does not have ads. There are no banner ads, display ads, native ads or any other form of paid content on the app.

Location Permission

CarsCrashReport requires users to turn on the location on their phone. This location is used by the app to capture and save the instantaneous coordinates of the user that is included in the report.

Target Age Group

This app is for persons who are at the required age to legally operate a motor vehicle in their respective country. It is for the public and not for any specific target group, demographics, geolocation or country.
